Mango Ginger Basil Granita

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups Mango juice
  • 1 tsp Roasted cumin
  • Salt A pinch
  • 1 tsp Ginger chopped
  • Basil Few leaves
  • 2 Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Khus syrup
  • Mint leaves For garnish
DIRECTIONS

It’s a party starter, as HB Pro Juicer Mixer Grinder effortlessly grinds frozen mango with ginger & basil into a granita.

  1.  Place all the ingredients in a jar and using the Blend option, blend it. Remove and pour in an ice cube tray. Keep in deep freezer till it is completely frozen. Remove from the freezer and take out the frozen juice cubes and add it straight to the jar. Immediately using the pulse option blend it until it crushes into finer ice crystals. Remove the lid and using a large spoon scoop out the granita into a chilled ice cream glass. Drizzle Khus syrup and garnish with mint leaf. Serve immediately.

* Freeze for about 4 hours
